Facility Management Consulting
Brian Sartin, QCxP
Facility Management Consulting, formed in August, 2012, and started as a Michigan based LLC. It was Incorporated in 2013 and is now formally, Facility Management Consulting, Inc. My desire is to assist facilities locally, but I also travel the US to support my clients.
My passion for facility operation and maintenance, along with my success over the years, drove me to start my consulting business. I am the Owner and only Employee, but utilize other professionals to support the process, giving you the best outcome. I have worked with all levels of Educational Institutions, the US Government, the US Military, Healthcare Sites, Churches, Process Plants, Office Buildings, Manufacturing Facilities and Power Houses over the past 36 years, to name a few. I am utilizing my knowledge from working as a Facility Manager, Construction Manager and Maintenance Mechanic at various facilities around the US. I also hold a Residential Builder's License for the State of Michigan, along with various trade and safety certifications. I am pursuing a certification this year to further my professional growth and become a Certified Facility Manager through IFMA. I received a Certification in Building Commissioning as a QCxP (Qualified Commissioning Process Provider) in 2015. My Vision/Mission/Purpose statements can be seen by clicking here.
I am currently available to assist with short or long term contracts with some advanced notice. Contact me with any questions. Thanks. Brian Sartin, Owner and Consultant. E-mail me or call my cell at 616-405-8410.
What I bring to the table is Total Facilities Management. I have worked directly with Education, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Processing, Healthcare and various other commercial/industrial sites. Knowing how the economy effects operating a facility, along with the skills and costs required to operate and maintain it, allows me to provide for your needs. Empowering your employees through training and organizational management will produce improvements that you might never expect. Facility Management Consulting can review your maintenance actions and assist you to do more with what you have. Training, organization and management direction for your operations and maintenance department can go a long way. I can evaluate a specified system or a single piece of equipment. Troubleshooting a mechanical/electrical system to find resolution to an issue is something I have years of experience doing. Let me support you!
