The goal is to make sure that I can support you and your business with what you need. We would talk about the status of your facilities and maintenance to find out if I can give you options or opportunities that will produce growth. Training, budget, equipment operations/conditions, process/procedures, assets (personnel, facilities, equipment and more), current issues, troubleshooting, general O&M and more. No topic on the facility operations is out of the question. My objective is to support you even if it means finding another consultant or contractor to work with you.
